Good Food Supplement For Large Sulcata Tortoises
Tina is an outdoor sulcata tortoise who weighs over 50 lbs in my Fl. backyard. Although she is partial to zucchini and romaine lettuce it is not a good food source for these tortoises. Her "edible" landscaping of cactus, hibiscus and grasses are the main staple of food along with a cup of Natural Grassland food and she gobbles it like a dog. Tortoises can be picky eaters so best to buy a small container in case she hates it. So far she loves it and I bought 100 lbs on the great sales and discounts at Pet Mountain. Pound for pound it is the best value for tortoise food..just need to search the site for the 50 lb option and start seal a meal system to keep it fresh.

Big hit!
I have a 2 year old Sulcata and a 53 year old Russian. I moisten this food and mix with lettuce and they love it. I am pleased with no artificial colors or preservatives. Its the best food i have found yet.
